Orpheus

Michelle Bettin brings magic to the stage with her beautiful music choices and whimsical costumes. She carefully selects music that enhances the story line of her ballets creating a seamless flow from beginning to end. Michelle also enjoys creating unique roles for her dancers often starting with the first steps of their ballet journey. Her imaginative costumes which include unicorns, fawns, billy goats, and nymphs add an extra touch of enchantment to her performances.

At RAB we love coming up with new dances and pushing our experienced dancers to their limits. In our recent performance of Orpheus our dancers got to show off their skills by performing parts from famous ballets like La Bayadere, Talisman, Raymonda, Diana & Acteon, and Giselle. It was a thrilling experience for both the dancers and the audience showcasing the hard work and dedication that goes into creating such beautiful performances.

"Orpheus" won Outstanding Ballet Choreography 2024 from VA Dance Awards.
